2014

3MSE is Founded

Our Founders started 3MSE with the mission of redefining the delivery of building automation projects.

2015

We Deliver the first project

Our first project is secured, marking the start of our hands-on work with iconic London buildings.

2016

Move into Leadenhall Office

We move into our first London office, sharing space with The Anslow Partnership, setting the stage for growth.

2018

100th Project Delivered

Reaching 100 projects, we gained momentum, fueling rapid expansion and larger opportunities.

2020

First £1m+ Project

Securing our first seven-figure project was a game-changer, opening the door to larger-scale work.

Managed Services Division Launched
